RiseUp with ServiceNow aims to close the opportunity gap by providing equitable career paths to one million people on the ServiceNow platform. I collaborated closely with the RiseUp team to produce a series of promotional videos designed to inspire a broader audience and motivate new talent to join. By showcasing real-life examples of success and growth, we aim to demonstrate the program's potential to change lives and drive professional development.

My role involved interviewing 27 individuals in New York and Las Vegas, capturing their unique career stories and the transformative impact RiseUp had on their professional journeys. These authentic and inspiring narratives highlight how the program has enabled them to unlock their potential, overcome barriers, and advance their careers within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
As a people-person, I find this work incredibly fulfilling. Most of the individuals I interviewed had little or no experience on camera. To prepare them, I personally connected with each individual before our shoot to help them feel camera-ready and to ensure they could tell their stories proudly and confidently.
So far, we’ve received nothing but positive feedback from everyone involved. I look forward to seeing the measurable outcomes that result from our work as the videos go live throughout the rest of 2024.
