Event Experiences
Strategic Events are a big part of how ServiceNow attracts customers, prospects, and partners, not to mention rallying employees around our purpose and priorities. Creating influential in-person and virtual events requires high-quality brand experiences. I've been involved in all aspects of video and animation for events, including keynotes, opening videos, digital signage, promotional, and on-site video production for customer and partner interviews. Check out some of my highlights below.

Dream Big Tour - Opening FIlm
For our global employee event, the Dream Big Tour, I had the pleasure of leading the concepting and creation of the event opener film. The journey kicked off with a pitch session to our CCO, where we landed on a delightful concept: reimagining our founder, Fred Luddy, as a young coding prodigy, starting his technology journey to change the B2B landscape.
Partnering with 129 Films, we set out to create a charming and nostalgic piece. We transformed a set into a cozy 1960s-1980s era bedroom, adorned with vintage toys, retro posters, and stacks of early computer books. The story brought to life a young Fred Luddy, eyes wide with wonder, typing away on a clunky old computer, laying the foundation for what would become ServiceNow.
The final video opened our internal event with surprise and delight, instantly connecting with the audience. The best part was hearing that Fred Luddy himself loved it, making all our efforts truly fulfilling.

Aston Martin Formula One, Booth Video
To celebrate ServiceNow's role as the official Intelligent Platform Partner for the Aston Martin Formula One team, we produced a dynamic video for the 2024 Knowledge event in Las Vegas. As one of the first attractions attendees encountered before entering the keynote, the video needed to be high-energy and captivating. It successfully highlighted our partnership and drew significant attention, enhancing the overall event experience for all attendees.

Launching the Brand on The Big Screen
2018 was an exciting time at ServiceNow. It was the year we went from a technology-focused brand to one that puts people at the center of everything we do. The big announcement was at the Knowledge18 conference in Las Vegas. I was honored to head up the day-one opener video that showed our new company purpose come to life - "We make the world of work, work better for people."
I worked closely with Swordfish SF to create an anti-corporate corporate video. The result was a fantastic combination of live action, CG, stop motion, and cel animation, all wrapped into bringing the NOW in ServiceNow to life.

CEO Keynote - John Donahoe
In 2018, ServiceNow's then-CEO John Donahoe kicked off the company's annual Knowledge conference with a keynote address to more than 20,000 ServiceNow customers, partners, and developers from 78 countries. Surprisingly, key messaging was changed just five days before the event, forcing us to bring the keynote presentation strategy in-house. Our VP of Brand quickly pulled me in to create a storyboard and establish the new flow for the keynote. Once finished, I partnered with our event agency to create the final keynote, working right up to the night before the event in Las Vegas. The following day, John delivered the keynote flawlessly.
